When in Plugin Scene, toggle buttons are lit via select buttons, but pressing to enable/disable the track will switch also. Resulting in changes to another plugin.

Thanks for catching that. I've attached a new version which should fix that.

Let me know if this also fixes your Jog Wheel problem.

No problem, you got it. Yes, the plugin fix worked.

Jog wheel with no mode selected still triggers the error.
