V1-M/V1-X: Startup state for banks and jogwheel

Is it possible to set startup states for the banks and jog wheel? My first 8 channels are always the drum kit and I rarely ever need them to be visible unless I am tracking drums or mixing. It would be great if the controller would bank up on startup (I set it to 8 channels in user settings).

Same for the jog wheel. During the editing phase I would prefer to have the "fine" mode on by default.
