Jog wheel with no mode selected still triggers the error.

Hi Paul,

I'm using iCON V1-M, with Studio One 7.

When in Plugin Scene, toggle buttons are lit via select buttons, but pressing to enable/disable the track will switch also. Resulting in changes to another plugin.
